The Gaylord Rockies Resort, with 1,500 guest rooms and 485,000 square feet of convention space, implemented a microgrid, based on Combined Heat and Power (CHP), that features 4.0 MW of electric capacity, leading to a 30.4% reduction in the resort's carbon footprint, equivalent to 14,000 tons per year.
