PLAN

FOR SUCCES

Birdseye View of the Journey

From the first conversation to operating onsite energy, our process is built around the hotel's economics—not around selling a particular technology. We assess the opportunity, develop the business case, structure the right solution, and guide the project through implementation, so owners know what to expect at every stage.

Our process is straightforward and designed to move each project from opportunity to operation:

1. ANALYZE THE SITUATION

Go deeper into the hotel's energy profile, utility costs, operating characteristics, available space, and sustainability objectives. We determine where the greatest opportunities exist and establish the baseline for the business case.

2. STRUCTURE THE SOLUTION

We develop the financial model, evaluate the appropriate onsite technologies, and structure the PPA around the hotel's requirements. Financing, ownership, project economics, and expected savings are all defined before moving forward.

3. DELIVER THE RESULTS

Once approved, our development and financing partners take the project through engineering, permitting, installation, commissioning, and ongoing operation. The hotel gets the benefit of onsite energy without having to own or manage the infrastructure.

Simple, transparent, and built around results.

THE SITUATION

ANALYZE

Consulting Before Commitment

We start by understanding where your hotel is today—and where the opportunities are.

PURPOSE

Establish a clear picture of how the hotel currently uses and pays for energy, identify inefficiencies and unnecessary costs, and determine where onsite generation can create the greatest economic benefit.

INPUTS

We gather the information needed to understand the property, including:

  • Utility bills and billing history

  • Utility P&L and energy expenditures

  • Electricity and natural gas consumption

  • Building size, room count, and operating profile

  • Existing energy infrastructure

  • Available space for onsite generation and solar

  • Sustainability and brand requirements

DELIVERABLES

The assessment produces a clear, actionable picture of the property's current state:

  • Energy Audit — consumption, infrastructure, and operating profile

  • Current-State Analysis — what the hotel is spending, where, and when

  • Cost Opportunity Analysis — identifies waste, avoidable charges, and areas for improvement

  • Baseline Business Case — establishes the starting point for evaluating energy solutions

Now we know the opportunity.

THE SOLUTION

STRUCTURE

The Right Engine.
The Right Fit.

With the opportunity defined, we build the project around the hotel's economics. We determine the right technology, financing, ownership, and PPA structure to make the numbers work.

PURPOSE

Turn the assessment into a bankable project designed around the hotel's economics, requirements, and goals.

INPUTS

The energy assessment, financial assumptions, technology options, project costs, financing requirements, ownership structure, and projected energy savings.

DELIVERABLES

  • Financial Model — projected savings, cash flow, PPA pricing, and returns

  • Technology Recommendation — the onsite generation solution that best fits the property

  • PPA Structure — pricing, term, ownership, responsibilities, and risk allocation

  • Project Economics — a clear view of the hotel's expected financial benefit before commitment

Everything aligned. Ready to move forward.

DELIVER

THE RESULTS

Arriving Safely at the Destination

Once the project is approved, we move from structure to execution—finalizing agreements, installing the equipment, and commissioning the system for operation.

PURPOSE

Turn the approved PPA into an operating project—from contracts and financing through installation, commissioning, and commercial operation.

INPUTS

The approved business case and PPA structure, final engineering, equipment specifications, project agreements, permits, and installation requirements.

DELIVERABLES

  • Executed Agreements — PPA and project contracts are finalized and executed.

  • Installed System — Equipment is procured, installed, interconnected, and tested.

  • Commissioned Operation — The system is commissioned and placed into service, ready to deliver power and/or heat to the hotel.

All systems go.  All profit on board.
